fa تاثیر کیفیت نظارت استاد راهنما بر التزام تحصیلی و اهمال گری دانشجویان در انجام رساله دکتری مدیریت آموزشی Educational Management مقاله پژوهشی Research Paper <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر کیفیت نظارت استاد راهنما بر التزام تحصیلی و اهمال گری دانشجویان در انجام رساله دکتری بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. نمونه تحقیق شامل 201 نفر از دانشجویان دکتری دانشگاه شیراز بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای، انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مقیاس هایکیفیت نظارت استاد راهنما (هرمن و همکاران، 2014)، التزام تحصیلی (شافلی و باکر، 2006) و اهمال گری تحصیلی (مک کلوزی، 2011) بودند که پس از محاسبه روایی و پایایی، بین نمونه&shy; توزیع و داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند. یافته ها نشان داد که کیفیت نظارت استاد راهنما تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر التزام تحصیلی دانشجویان دارد. این در حالی است که التزام تحصیلی دانشجویان تاثیر منفی و معناداری بر اهمال گری دانشجویان در انجام رساله دکتری دارد. همچنین، کیفیت نظارت استاد راهنما نیز تاثیر منفی و معناداری بر اهمال گری دانشجویان در انجام رساله دکتری دارد<span dir="LTR"></span>.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The purpose of this study was to assessment of the effect of supervisor&#39;s supervision quality on academic engagement and student&#39;s procrastination to do Ph.D dissertation. The research method was descriptive correlational method. The research sample consisted of 201 students of Shiraz University who were selected by Stratified random sampling. The research tools consist of supervisor&#39;s supervision quality measurement scale (Herman et al., 2014), academic engagement (Shafley and Bucker, 2006), and academic procrastination (McCullozy, 2011) that after calculating their validity and reliability, they were distributed among the samples and the data were analyzed using structural equation model. The findings showed that the supervisor&#39;s supervision quality has a positive and significant effect on the student&#39;s academic engagement. However, students&#39; academic engagement has a negative and significant effect on the student&#39;s procrastination in doing Ph.D dissertation.
