fa ساخت و اعتباریابی پرسشنامه رضایت - وفاداری دانشجو به دانشگاه جامع دولتی سنجش و اندازه گیری های تربیتی Educational Assessment & Measurements مقاله پژوهشی Research Paper <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف پژوهش حاضر ساخت و بررسی روایی، پایایی و ساختار عاملی پرسشنامه رضایت - وفاداری دانشجو به دانشگاه جامع دولتی است. جامعه‌آماری پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان دختر و پسر تحصیلات‌‌تکمیلی در حال تحصیل و دانش‌آموختگان دانشگاه یزد بودند که حداقل یک دوره تحصیلی (کاردانی یا کارشناسی) خود را قبلاً در دانشگاه یزد با موفقیت گذرانده‌اند و مجدداً برای دوره‌ی بالاتر (کارشناسی‌ارشد یا دکتری) به این دانشگاه مراجعه کرده‌اند (2440<span dir="LTR">N</span><span dir="LTR">=</span>) که از این تعداد، 315 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای متناسب انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بود. روایی پرسشنامه به شیوه‌های محتوایی، صوری، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و پایایی آن به‌شیوه همسانی درونی و بازآزمایی محاسبه شد. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای کل پرسشنامه 94/0 و برای عامل‌ها بین 74/0 تا 94/0 محاسبه شد که نشان‌دهنده همسانی درونی قابل قبول پرسشنامه است. نتایج این تحلیل‌ها نشان داد که این پرسشنامه با دو عامل &laquo;رضایت از دانشگاه&raquo;، &laquo;وفاداری دانشجو به دانشگاه&raquo; از پایایی و روایی مناسب برخوردار است. <span dir="LTR"></span></div> <strong><span dir="LTR">Abstract</span></strong> <div style="text-align: justify;">The aim of this study is to produce and investigate the reliability, validity and factor structure of the questionnaire showing satisfaction and loyalty of the students to comprehensive state university. The participants of the study are male and female undergraduate and graduate M.A. students of Yazd University who passed successfully at least one semester of their B.D. and B.A studies at Yazd University and again attended Yazd University for their M.A. or Ph.D. studies. The number of the participants are 2440, out of which 315 students were selected based on stratified random sampling. The instruments of the study are questionnaires made by researchers<span dir="RTL">.</span> Reliability of the questionnaire was calculated through content, face and factor analysis and its validity through inter consistency and test- retest. The coefficient of Cronbach&#39;s alpha was 0<span dir="RTL">.</span>94 for the whole questionnaire, and for factors between 0<span dir="RTL">.</span>74 to 0<span dir="RTL">.</span>94 indicating acceptable inter consistency of the questionnaire. The results of the study showed that this questionnaire has acceptable reliability and validity with respect to two factors of <span dir="RTL">&raquo;</span> satisfaction of the university<span dir="RTL"> &laquo;</span>, <span dir="RTL">&raquo;</span>Student loyalty to university<span dir="RTL">&laquo;</span>.</div> واژ‌گان کلیدی: رضایت دانشجو, وفاداری دانشجو, پایایی, تحلیل عاملی.
