یکی از منابع مهم هر سازمان جهت رقابت پذیری و نوآوری، دانش سازمان و فرایند صحیح مدیریت و تسهیم دانش در آن سازمان است. علیرغم اهمیت زیادتسهیم دانش، نیروی انسانی سازمان ممکن است از انجام آن اجتناب ورزد .به همین دلیل، یکی از چالش‌های کلیدی در مدیریت صحیح دانش این است که چگونه میتوان کارکنان را برای تسهیم دانش خود در سازمان تشویق و در آنها ایجاد انگیزه کرد. این مقاله درصدد بررسی عوامل سازمانی موثر (فرهنگ سازمانی، ساختار سازمانی، حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده، توانمندی‌های تکنولوژیک، روش‌های انگیزشی، کنترل سرپرست) برتسهیم دانش درون گروهی است. ادارات کل ساختمان مرکزی بانک صادرات استان تهران به عنوان مطالعه موردی این تحقیق انتخاب شده است. روش تحقیق، کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی است. پرسشنامه سنجش تسهیم دانش و عوامل مؤثر بر آن بین 290 نفر از کارکنان و کارشناسان توزیع شد و نتایج آن براساس نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای بدست آمد. در این تحقیق به منظور تحلیل ساختار درونی پرسشنامه و کشف عوامل تشکیل دهنده هرسازه، از نرم افزار SPSS و Lisrell (مدل معادلات ساختاری وابزار تحلیل عاملی تائیدی) استفاده گردیده است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که ساختار سازمانی بیشترین تأثیر را بر تسهیم دانش دارد. پس از آن به ترتیب، کنترل سرپرست، روش­های انگیزشی، توانمندی­های تکنولوژیک، ادراک حمایتی و فرهنگ سازمانی در رتبه­های بعدی قرار دارند. در پایان، راهکارهای لازم با توجه به نقایص موجود در سازمان جهت پیشرفت و ترقی بانک صادرات ایران ارائه خواهد شد.
