fa رویکرد جلال آل احمد در «مدیر مدرسه»: روایتی از برنامه درسی واقع نگر و انتقادی فلسفه تعلیم و تربیت Educational Philosophy مقاله پژوهشی Research Paper <div style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">جلال آل احمد از منظر یک مدیر به مسائل تربیتی مدرسه و اجتماع توأم با هم نظر افکنده و به دنبال آن بوده تا مشکلات اجتماع و مدرسه را در ارتباط با یکدیگر و از درون مدرسه حل کند.</span></span></span> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقاله در صدد است به کاوش در افکار او در داستان مدیر مدرسه در حل مسائل اجتماع از درون مدرسه بپردازد. به این منظور از روش توصیفی </span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">&ndash;</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> تحلیلی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد در حوزه تفکر، عناصر خدا باوری، آخرت‌گرایی و روحیات مذهبی، سبک مدیریت آل احمد در مدرسه را متاثر ساخته است. معرفت‌شناسی جلال آل احمد در نگاهش به مسائل عینی و واقعی مدرسه و اجتماع پیرامون آن، یادآور رئالیسم اجتماعی است که با چاشنی رویکرد انتقادی وی در می‌آمیزد. نگاه او به انسان از دو منظر انسان موجود و انسان مطلوب قابل تبیین است. انسان موجود دچار بی‌هدفی شده و یا در مسیر هدفی که دنبال می‌کند، هویت اصیل خود را از دست داده و نیازمند اصلاح است. انسان مطلوب از نظر او کوشا، خواهان تغییر و معطوف به کشف خود همراه با تمایل به احیاء سنت‌های بومی است. مولفه‌های ارزشی شامل گرایش به وجدان، مسئولیت‌پذیری، منزه‌طلبی و سنت‌گرایی است که در اداره مدرسه تبلور می‌یابد. در سایه طرز فکرهای یاد شده، هدف کلی او برقراری رابطه میان سنت و تجدد و اصلاح اجتماع از طریق اجتماع کوچک مدرسه است. برای رسیدن به هدف یاد شده، وی بر محتواهای درسی برانگیزاننده و مبتنی بر رفع مسائل و نیازهای اجتماع و روش‌های تدریس کاربردی از جمله استفاده از روش کاردستی، نمایش فیلم، برگزاری نمایش و انجام ورزش تاکید می‌کند که در آن ارزشیابی آموزشی به صورت مستمر و خارج از چهارچوب مقطعی انجام می‌شود. </span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> </span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">From the perspective of a principal, Jalal al-Ahmad looks at the educational issues of school and community together and seeks to solve the problems of community and school in relation to each other and from within the school. The article seeks to explore his thoughts and ideas in school principal of solving community problems from within the school. For this purpose, a descriptive-analytical method was used. The results showed that in the field of thinking, the elements of godliness, heresy and religious spirits have influenced Al-Ahmad&#39;s management style in school. Jalal al-Ahmad&#39;s epistemology, in his view of the objective and real issues of the school and the society around it, is reminiscent of social realism, which blends in with his critical approach. His view of man can be explained from the two perspectives of the existing man and the desirable man. The existing human being suffers from aimlessness or, in the path of the goal he pursues, loses his original identity and needs to be reformed. In his view, the desirable man is diligent, demanding change, and devoting himself to discovery, along with a desire to revive indigenous traditions. Value components include a tendency toward conscience, responsibility, purity, and traditionalism, which are crystallized in school management. In the light of these ideas, his general purpose is to establish a relationship between tradition and modernity and to reform society through the small school community.
